I've found this information from the French River and Park Corner history book from the 70s: "cutherbert and Newton macleod owned a lobster factory and canning plant at the Cove in Park Corner. It was in operation during the 1880s and was closed in 1922." Then in the Lot 20 section of Meechams 1880s atlas there is a small lot with a building in the general area of the cookhouse.
